One week holiday rent can make more than one moths of the long term. The choice is clear then, why to have the house permanently occupied, if you can rent for one week and enjoy yourself for rest of the time?

small, safe gated community overlooking the mystical Lake Arenal. The

property is tropically landscaped and there are many exotic

trees, plants and colorful flower. These make it a perfect place for bird

and wildlife watching. Species such as parrots, toucans, hummingbirds or

monkeys can be seen on the daily basis. The brand new fully equipped villas

includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with granite

counter tops, living area and private veranda with sitting area. Comfortable queen size

bed in the bedroom and double XL bed in the living, each villa sleeps up to 4 people. Barely a few

steps away from these cozy homes is a beautiful, long swimming pool,

equipped with water jets and color changing lights for the after sunset

romantic stay. Next to the pool is a spacious rancho with BBQ where you can

relax with your friends and family… The LakeGardens villas can sleep up

to four people.

The place is also very conveniently set at a walking distance

to Arenal town or lake park. Only 5 min walk to the famous German Bakery, adjacent

authentic Italian restaurant, or other restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
